We gained our expertise through managing our own portfolio.
In 2014 we took over the management of a family portfolio of industrial properties. Through creative management of our assets we have increased both the value of the portfolio and the net operating income well in excess of the market. This management has involved improving properties to attract and retain quality tenants and improving the quality of properties in our portfolio.

Property Improvement
Our Property Improvement services are designed to elevate your property to enhance value and income. Tenant Management
This is the most critical service we provide. Getting you the highest quality tenant with the best terms for you possible. We do this through our own market knowledge gained through managing our own portfolio in the Inland Empire and relationship with market experts who have the ability to get the best possible tenant for you.
We will collect rents, manage the leases deal with all tenant issues. We use leading industry software to manage rent collections, manage repair and service needs, track expenses, pay property taxes, and reporting to ownership.

Property and Facilities Management
We maintain our own in-house crew to take care of landscaping, clean-up and repairs. Some issues such as electrical and HVAC require sub-contractors. By having our own crew and equipment we can keep your property in A-class condition at a much more economically than if you had to depend solely on outside contractors. Our team also allows us to be much more responsive to tenants and insuring a more stable rent roll for you.

We can do this for you because we have done it for ourselves. When you find yourself in possession of an under or non-performing piece of real estate the advice and instinct is often just to sell it at a fire sale price. However, that property may hold unseen potential. We can see the potential and help you realize it. Once that property is improved we can manage it for you.
